HEAD OF BRAND & MARKETING

ROLE

The Head of Brand & Marketing will work closely with the Founder to drive brand development and awareness, increase engagement and grow new leads into the business. We’re looking for a creative and innovative thinker who can help drive the growth of the business through strategic brand-led marketing activations and partnerships.

FLY is a young, dynamic studio based in the heart of Aldgate, disrupting the Yoga space with their innovative immersive studio and no-jargon approach to teaching. Be part of a fun, collaborative team, working in a creative startup environment.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Working with the Founder to develop and evolve the brand identity through the production of marketing materials, social media content, brand partnerships and events.

  • Refining and updating our website, consistent with brand identity.

  • Overseeing and executing production of content, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns that are consistent with brand identity and liaising with PR team.

  • Building, managing and overseeing social media content schedule to develop brand identity, drive brand awareness, build following and social proof.

  • Creating and managing content consistent with brand identity to drive engagement and develop community.

  • Developing and executing the marketing strategy – covering digital marketing, social media, corporate partnerships and events – that is in line with the business priorities and assists to drives sales.

  • Sales, improving the quality and quantity of leads into the business.

  • Developing a performance analytics framework to measure success of initiatives, refine them and increase conversions.

  • Providing marketing and sales reports to the leadership team and investors.

  • Optimising our marketing and lead nurturing process through email, content, our website and other channels.

  • Working with the studio team to build and execute an events strategy and calendar that is consistent with the brand identity, works seamlessly with marketing campaigns, increases brand awareness and drives sales.

PAY AND PERKS

  • This is a full time role with a 3 month probationary period.

  • Salary will be discussed on application.
