Fitty London x FLY LDN Barre & Yoga

A barre & yoga morning comprising of a 45 minute dynamic & energising barre class to strengthen legs, glutes & core, followed by a 45 minute slow vinyasa flow yoga class – working deep into the shoulders, hips & hamstrings as you’re taken through a beautiful sequence to compliment your barre class. This breath-led practice will leave you feeling blissed out, especially after the soothing Indian style head massage in final relaxation.
